We try to keep things simple here. The site collects only basic analytics — things like which pages get visited and roughly where readers are coming from — so we can understand what's useful and fix what's broken. We use cookies for that and for remembering small preferences like whether you've dismissed a banner.

We don't ask you to create an account, and we don't collect names or personal details unless you choose to email us. If you write to us, we keep that message only as long as needed to reply and sort out whatever you asked about.

We don't sell or hand your data to third parties for their own use. Some standard tools we rely on for hosting and analytics may process anonymized usage data on our behalf, and nothing more than that. We keep the amount of data we touch as small as we reasonably can.
